2025-07 Payt Update: July
We are continuously working on new features, improved user-friendliness, and optimal performance of Payt. In July, we implemented several improvements that we are pleased to share with you.
Improved visibility of the 'Download invoice' button in the online portal
In the online invoice portal, customers can easily view and download their invoices. To make this process even more user-friendly, the ‘Download invoice’ button has been moved to the top of the page. This makes it more visible and easier to locate.
Use of invoice-specific contact person in debt collection cases
Until now, Payt used the customer’s general contact information for communication regarding debt collection cases. This month, we have introduced a refinement to this process.
If you use invoice-specific contact persons, Payt will now use those contact persons for collection cases. This only applies when all invoices involved in the collection case have the same contact person. If there are multiple contact persons, the general customer information will remain the default.
Banner on envelopes for improved recognition
When you send physical mail via Payt, you can now add a recognisable banner to the envelope. This adjustment makes it immediately clear to the recipient what the mailing concerns. The banner is purple and includes the following text:
SUBJECT: Invoice from {administration name}
