Which details do I need to change after moving?
Read here which details you can adjust in your administration settings after you have moved.
It is important to adjust your company details as soon as possible after moving. This data will be communicated to your own customers and, in addition, invoices from Payt will also be addressed to this address.
Which details can I change myself?
On the dashboard of your administration, you can click through to the 'Administration settings' via the cogwheel icoon at the top right. This will take you to the 'Details' page. There are a number of details you can change yourself. This concerns your address details and letter details.
Don't forget to click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
Which details should Payt adjust for me?
Within the 'Payments' tab, you will see the administration's bank details. These bank details can only be adjusted by Payt. Also the BIC data can only be adjusted by Payt. To do so, please contact a service desk employee.
