How do I update my company details in Payt?

In this article, you will learn which company details you can update yourself in the organisation and administration settings in Payt.

Have your company details changed, for example after a relocation, a change of legal entity, or a new contact address for Payt? Make sure to update them as soon as possible.

Which details can I update myself?

Billing details

These details are used for invoices that Payt sends to your company.

  1. Go to the organisation dashboard via the Payt logo in the top left.
  2. Click 'Organisation settings' in the top right.
  3. Open the 'Billing details' tab on the left. Here you can update the following:
    1. Address details
    2. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number
    3. Phone number
    4. Billing email address

Please note: You can only update billing details if you have organisation-level administrator rights.

General company details

These details are set per administration.

  1. Open your administration and click the cogwheel icon in the top right to open your administration settings.

  2. On the 'Details' page, you can update your address and letterhead details.
  3. Click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page.

Bank details

In your administration settings, under the 'Payments' tab, you will find the bank account linked to this administration. Each administration can only be linked to one bank account. You can update the existing account here, or go to the organisation settings to add a new bank account.
