Setting up bundled reminders
With bundled reminders, you can remind your customers of all outstanding invoices in one go, instead of sending multiple separate reminders. This way, your customers have a clear overview of what is still open and can pay it all at once.
From this month onwards, you can configure bundled reminders yourself. Here’s how:
- Click the gear icon in the top right to open the administration settings.
- Select the ‘Consolidated reminders’ tab in the bottom left.
- Decide how you would like to use the consolidated reminders.

Adding a spreadsheet to the outstanding items overview
You could already send your customers an overview of their outstanding items: one e-mail (optionally with an SMS) showing all open invoices and collection cases.
Sometimes, customers have many outstanding items and want to process these easily in their own administration. That’s why we have added the option to attach a spreadsheet to the overview.
This Excel file lists all the information from the outstanding items overview in a clear format.
