Where can I find a list of customers with no email address?

Within Payt, you can find a list of customers with a missing email address.

A list of customers without an email address can be found in the overview of your customers. To do this, go to the customer overview. On the left-hand side of this page, under 'Attention', you can filter on 'Email address missing'.

You can change a customer's email address in your accounting package. During the next import into Payt, the email address will then also be added.

Please note: Payt only refreshes the data of customers with an open amount. Does your customer not have an open amount at the moment? The data will be updated automatically as soon as another open invoice is included in the import.
