What happens to customers who have been reported to the municipality for early or crisis signalling?

Payt receives the status of customers who have been reported to the municipality. This gives you immediate insight into customers who have accepted help.

What happens if the customer accepts help from the municipality?

If the customer accepts help from the municipality, this is recorded in Payt. The customer is automatically paused for reminders. Invoices are still sent, but reminders are no longer sent.

On the 'Customers' page in Payt, you can use the various Early signalling filters on the left side. Filter by 'Debt assistance ongoing' to view all customers currently receiving support.

Are there other situations in which the file is paused?

Through the BKR connection, Payt receives a signal if the customer has passed away. The customer is then paused, and a note is added to the customer’s timeline.

On the 'Customers' page in Payt, you can use the various 'Early signalling' filters on the left side. Filter by 'Death registered' to view this.
