Quickly search and navigate to messages, customers, and invoices

Use the search bar to easily search for specific messages. You can also search by message content, as well as customer numbers and invoice numbers.

Filter by administration, dossier type or (un)read messages

If you have multiple administrations in Payt, use the 'Administration' filter to quickly filter on the messages of the administration you want to see. You can also choose to only view messages from invoices or cases. In addition, a filter is available to easily navigate to read or unread messages.

Handle your incoming messages easily and quickly

At the top of conversations, you can easily sort by the messages you want to see first. 'New conversations first', for example, gives you the most recent conversations.

Found the message you want to respond to? Choose 'Reply' at the top right to respond to the message.

Marked a message as read, but want to come back to it later? Select the inbox icon to mark the message as unread.

Automatically or manually mark messages as read

In your organisation settings, you will find an 'Inbox' tab. By default, messages should be manually marked as read in the inbox. If you prefer to mark them as read automatically by opening the message in the inbox, this setting will adjust that.
