How can I process tasks in Payt?

In Payt, you can easily create tasks. You then process them in the task list.

How do I view the task list?

The task list can be viewed at organisation level. You can access it by clicking the 'Task list' button in the top-left corner.

How do I complete a task?

If you want to complete tasks, you can do so in two ways:

  • From the timeline of the file (the invoice, customer, or debt collection case). Click the check mark to complete the task.
  • From the task list. Select the task you want to complete and choose 'Mark as completed'.

How can I enable or disable task notifications?

By default, all users receive a daily reminder of their open tasks and tasks they are subscribed to. You can choose to enable or disable this yourself.

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of Payt.
  2. In your profile settings, at the bottom of the page under 'Notifications for open tasks', you can enable or disable this notification.

A notification is sent only if tasks are due today or were due in the past.

How do I delete a task?

A task can only be deleted by the user who created it. A task assigned to a user cannot be deleted by the assignee.

  1. Go to the timeline of the associated file (the invoice, customer, or collection case).
  2. Click the three grey dots on the task.
  3. Select 'Delete'.
