How do I get my customers to issue a direct debit authorisation via Twikey?
Via Twikey, customers can authorise direct debit payments.
Once the connection with Twikey has been established and activated in Payt, an extra button will appear when sending invoices and reminders. This allows your customers to issue a direct debit authorisation.
This button only appears under certain circumstances:
- The customer in question has no direct debit invoices in Payt
- No (active) direct debit authorisation is known within Payt for this customer
After the customer has issued an authorisation, you will automatically receive an email from Twikey with more information about this authorisation.
In Payt, you will find moreinformation about the issued direct debit authorisation in the debtor's settings. You can also delete the authorisation here, whereby the authorisation is also cancelled in Twikey automatically.
