How do I forward early or crisis signals to the municipality and how do I remove the signals?
To forward early signals to the municipality, use the bulk actions in the customer overview.
How do I see which customers are ready for Early or Crisis signalling?
On the 'Customers' page, on the left side, you will see the filter 'Early signalling'. Here you can immediately find which customers are ready to be reported to the municipality based on the conditions you set. There are six filters:
| Scheduled for early signalling | The customer is ready for an early signal according to the conditions you set. |
| Scheduled for crisis signalling | The customer is ready for a crisis signal according to the conditions you set. |
| Early signalling performed | The customer has been forwarded to the municipality via BKR or Inforing with an early signal. |
| Crisis signalling performed | The customer has been forwarded to the municipality via BKR or Inforing with a crisis signal. |
| Debt assistance ongoing | The municipality has informed via BKR or Inforing that debt counselling has started. |
| Death registered | The municipality has informed via BKR that the customer has passed away. |

- Go to the 'Customers' page in Payt.
- Filter the customers you want to forward to the municipality using the filters mentioned above.
- Select the desired customers and choose 'Bulk actions' > 'Perform early signalling'. Here you select what you want to do:
- Create: If it is a new signal (the customer has not been reported in the past 6 months), use 'Create' to indicate that the signal is not yet known to the municipality.
- Update: If the customer has already been reported to the municipality, for example for an early signal, and it now becomes a crisis signal, use 'Update'.
- You have several options when creating and updating signals:
- Specify what type of signal it is: an early signal or a crisis signal.
- Optionally, you can label the early signal. This label is sent to the municipality.
- Optionally, you can add a comment. This is only sent to the municipality if it is connected via BKR.
- The early or crisis signal is created or updated. You will see the change in the customer’s timeline.
Note: Updating and withdrawing an early or crisis signal always applies to the last sent signal.
