How do I create a deposit invoice in Payt?

Dental practices that work with Payt and WeFact can process deposits on treatments automatically.

In your dental software, you can create and use a product code for deposits, such as AA01. You can then record the amount of the deposit made by your patient under this code. In Payt, we mark the relevant code in your settings as a deposit, so that it is automatically recognized when your declaration is submitted.

Payt will then create a down payment in the form of a debit invoice and a credit note. The debit invoice is sent to the patient and followed up for payment, according to your regular reminder process. Meanwhile, the actual treatments are carried out and, if desired, submitted to the insurer. The remaining invoices are then automatically reconciled against the outstanding credit note.

Once the deposit (credit note) has been depleted, the remaining amounts and invoices will be sent to the patient again, along with a reminder process.

Please note: The debit invoice for the deposit is sent and followed up automatically. You must ensure that it is actually paid. It is up to you as a practice to decide whether to wait before starting treatment and/or purchasing technical materials until the advance invoice is paid, or to start immediately.
