How do I add an iDEAL link for my customers?

In Payt, you can offer an iDEAL link to your customers via one of our linked Payment Service Providers (PSPs). An iDEAL link will then be sent along with every reminder sent via Payt. If Payt also sends your invoices, this link will be sent along with the invoice as well.

Step-by-step: establishing the iDEAL link

Step 1 - Within the 'Online payments' screen in your administration settings (the cogwheel icon at the top right), choose one of the parties and create an account with the PSP.

Choosing Mollie? Go to step 2a. Choosing PAY? Go to step 2b.

Step 2a - Log in to your Mollie account to complete it. This usually includes adding a CoC extract, ID proof of one or more signatories, etc.

Step 2b - If you choose PAY., you will enter a contract with Payt. During this process, you have to provide several documents, including an extract from the CoC and a copy of an ID card. Once registration is complete, you will erceive an e-mail containing the online agreement to sign. If any documents are missing, you will be notified by e-mail.

Step 3 - When your registration is complete, you may activate this via the 'Online payments' tab in your administration settings. From then on, online payment links will be added to e-mails that Payt sends to your customers.

Besides iDEAL, you can also offer other payment options, such as PayPal and Bancontact. Ask a Payt service desk employee for help.
