How do I add a (B)CC e-mail address?

Here's how to add a (B)CC e-mail address for sending invoices and/or reminders.

Adding a CC or BCC address can be useful to make sure that all parties involved with your customer receive the invoices and/or reminders.

Add a (B)CC address to the customer settings

To do this, first go to the customer for whom you want to add an extra mail address. Choose 'Customer settings' at the top right and navigate to the 'Sending settings' on the left.

Here, you will see four fields for the (B)CC addresses:

  1. CC address for invoice shipment
  2. BCC address for invoice shipment
  3. CC address for messages, reminders, and notices
  4. BCC address for messages, reminders, and notices

Enter your new mail address in the desired location and choose 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page.
