How do I add an external message to the file?

When communication takes place outside of the existing debtor, invoice, or case file in Payt, you can add this communication to the invoice, case or debtor file. This way, the file remains complete.
To do so, you can copy the file email address via the 'Actions' button in the file. When you send the email to this file email address, the communication will be added as a note in the invoice, case, or debtor timeline.
