How do I add an external message to the timeline?

When communication takes place outside of the existing customer, invoice, or case file in Payt, you can still add this communication to the timeline in Payt. This keeps the file complete.
Copy the internal dossier email address
Go to the page to which you want to add the email: this can be the invoice, customer or case page. At the top right, choose 'Actions' and select 'Copy internal dossier email address'. An email address is now copied to your clipboard.
Open the message you want to add to the timeline
Open the message in your mailbox that you want to forward to the timeline in Payt. Choose 'Forward' here and add the copied email address as recipient. The email will be added to the Payt timeline in a few minutes.
