What do I do with declarations that failed?

Declarations will fail when VECOZO can't process them. This is usually caused by administrative or formal mistakes.

After uploading your declaration file in Payt each declaration will be bundled per health insurer. VECOZO will check whether these bundles meet certain requirements and send them to each relevant health insurer. If the bundles do not meet the requirements it will come back to Payt with the status 'Failed'.

Reasons for failed declarations

Declarations can fail if Payt isn't authorized by your practice to declare. Another reason could be a formal mistake in one of the bundles such as declaring material or technology costs without a fitting treatment.
