Every day we are working on implementing new features, improving the ease of use and performance of Payt. In August, we made a number of improvements that we'd like to share with you.
Update invoice data via API
Since this month, you can edit invoices via the Payt API. Currently, you can only update the invoice category and label. In the future, other data will also be editable via the API connection. More information on editing invoices via the API can be found in our documentation.
Subscribe or unsubscribe fellow users to tasks
You can now subscribe or unsubscribe other users for tasks, so that they receive updates about these. In the task list, select the relevant task and search for the user you want to subscribe to the task. The user will receive an e-mail that they have been subscribed to a new task by another user.
Manually send additional reminders of a payment plan
Since August, users with at least communication rights can manually send an additional summary of an outstanding payment plan to their customer. Open the payment schedule and choose ‘Actions’ -> ‘Send’ at the top right to resend the plan.
