Social collecting is self-collecting

Hopefully, your organisation is making full use of Payt's software to your satisfaction. The first module Payt launched in 2013 was the collections module. Since then, Payt has developed into an all-round software supplier for invoicing, debtor management, and collections.

We have been saying it for years: social collecting is self-collecting. We are proud that you also use this model and assume that our software helps you achieve your goals in this area.

Our decision for Ipsum Incasso

Over the years, we have also been regularly been in contact with the customers of our clients, particularly in cases involving 'Payt Incasso'. These customers have taken the step to call us, but Payt cannot help them. We refer them to you: the creditor. This lack of clarity for your customers is not good for any of the three involved parties. Therefore, we have developed a new collections label called Ipsum Incasso: 'Self-collecting'.

If your customers do not contact you directly, as indicated in all communications from Payt, they will be directed to a clear website that explains they can contact you instead. Additionally, they'll be referred to the online portal checkinvoices.com to send you a message. By achieving better accessibility, any disputes can be resolved faster, and invoices will ultimately be paid sooner.

The collections label changes on October 1st

Effective from 1 October 2024, we will switch to 'Ipsum Incasso'. If you do not want to use this label, you may also choose to use your own administration logo for collection matters. This logo will then be used on the letters and on checkinvoices.com. Please connect with the service desk if you prefer to use your own logo.
