What does the import status mean?

Overall import status

A Payt import can have different statuses, which tell you the status of the whole import.

  • Completed: Data was successfully retrieved from your accounting software.
  • In progress: The import is still running.
  • System error: The import failed due to incorrect or corrupt data.
  • Restarted: A previous attempt failed and the import has been restarted.
  • Failed: The import could not be completed due to a processing error.

Partial errors within the import

In addition to the overall status, you may see validation errors and warnings. These refer to specific parts of the data, such as an individual customer.
