How do I perform a manual COV-check in Payt?

You can manually perform a COV (insurance verification) check in Payt for supplementary health insurance.

  1. Open the declaration for which you want to perform a COV check.
  2. In the top-right corner, click 'Actions' and select 'Perform COV check'.
  3. You will now see an overview of the patient's insurance details: the basic health insurance and any supplementary insurance.
  4. To resubmit the declaration to a different health insurer, select the appropriate insurance and click 'Resubmit declaration'.

Please note: You can only perform a COV check on declarations with the status 'Submitted'.
