How do I find my online payments?

In Payt, you can easily find online payments via the 'Online Payments' tab. This section displays all completed payments, grouped by different statuses.

What is the status an online payment can have?

Online payments can be either processed or unprocessed.

  1. Processed payments
    1. Processed - The payment has been successfully processed in your accounting software.

  2. Not processed payments
    1. Paid - The payment has been received but has not yet been processed in your accounting software.
    2. Pending - The direct debit payment has not yet been executed, or the bank has not provided a status update.
    3. Charged back - The direct debit payment has failed or was charged back

What information is available about the online payment?

On the page for each online payment, you can find various details, such as:

  • The account number (and account holder name) used for the payment
  • The date and time of the online payment
  • The payment reference to help locate the payment in your bank account
  • The payment method used (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.)
