How do I find my online payments?
Here we explain more about the statuses of online payments.

The 'Online payments' tab will show all online payments that have been made through the customer portal. We have divided these payments into different statuses.
- Processed - The online payment has been processed in your accounts
- To process - The online payment has not yet been processed in your accounts
In addition, there are the following statuses that mainly apply to direct debit transactions:
- Pending - The direct debit transaction has not yet been executed or the bank has not yet returned the status
- Suspended - The direct debit transaction has not been executed
The other filters on this page allow you to filter by specific payment types.
