How can I edit a payment plan?
You can easily make changes to a payment plan. To do so, go to the invoice page and click 'View payment plan' in the middle of the page.
You will then be taken to the payment plan page. Under 'Actions' select 'Edit' to modify the payment plan.
What can I edit in the payment plan?
Almost all details of the payment plan can be changed. You can:
- Add more invoices to the payment plan (removing invoices is not possible). When adding invoices, you can choose whether to spread the additional amount across existing instalments or add new instalments.
- Manually edit instalments: the dates of the instalments and the amount to be paid per instalment. You can also add or remove instalments here.
- Add an extra email address to which a copy of the payment plan should be sent.
