2025-05 Payt Update: May
Every day, we work on new features, improved user-friendliness, and optimal performance of Payt. In May, we have once again implemented several improvements that we are excited to share with you.
Last updated: April 3, 2025
Overview of your billing selection
As of this month, you can view which package you've selected for using Pay in your organisation settings. This overview shows you exactly what's included in your package and any additional costs that may apply.
Resending letters, emails and text messages in collection cases
You can now resend individual actions (letters, emails and text messages) in debt collection cases. Click the grey dots next to the step and select 'Resend email/letter/SMS'.
Allowing customers to provide a specific email address for invoice delivery
Since May 2025, customers can now enter not only a general email address in the online invoice portal, but also a specific email address for receiving invoices. Payt stores this email address so you can easily copy it into your accounting software. You can enable this option in the ‘Customer portal’ settings in your administration settings.
[Dental care] COV check for 'Submitted' declarations
You can now perform a COV check in Payt when your patient’s declaration is still marked as ‘Submitted’. Go to the declaration page, click ‘Actions’ and choose ‘Perform COV check’. On the next page, you can immediately submit the declaration to any supplementary health insurance provider.
