Every day we are working on implementing new features, improving the ease of use and performance of Payt. In November, we made a number of improvements that we'd like to share with you.
Recently, we’ve been working behind the scenes on various advancements related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). At Payt, we see significant potential in leveraging AI for our software. A few clients are already testing these new features. In this update, we’ll provide insights into the new AI-powered features that will become available to all Payt customers in the coming year.

Payment Behavior Predictions
Payt has long offered a "Predictions" module that estimates the payment behavior of your customers based on past transactions. This tool provides valuable insights into when a customer is likely to pay their invoices, enabling you to optimize your invoicing process and improve cash flow.
With the integration of Artificial Intelligence, these predictions have been further enhanced. If you’re interested in using this improved feature, please contact our service desk.
Automatic Labeling and Processing of Messages
Earlier in 2024, we introduced the Inbox feature in Payt, designed to streamline message handling and provide a clear overview of all incoming communications within your organization.
To make sorting and processing these messages even easier - and save more time - AI can now assign labels to messages automatically.
- How it works:
The AI algorithm analyzes incoming messages, assigns them an appropriate label, and can even link these labels to actions within your Payt system in the future. - Customizing labels:
If the algorithm assigns an incorrect label, you can manually update it with the correct one, which helps the AI learn and improve over time. Should you need additional labels or want to add a new one, please reach out to the service desk.
