Every day we are working on implementing new features, improving the ease of use and performance of Payt. In September, we made a number of improvements that we'd like to share with you.
Polish emails and letters for customers
Do you have Polish customers? From now on, you can also approach them in Polish with Payt's standard communication. If you indicate in your accounting package (or in Payt itself) that your customer has language code ‘PL’, we will use Polish templates for them in the communication.
Good to know: the Polish templates are still quite new. There may still be a small error in them. Feel free to send us a message if you come across anything, we will be happy to correct it!
Invoice portal redesign
The invoice page in the invoice portal checkinvoices.com has been redesigned. In terms of content, the page has remained the same, but the design has changed slightly to make it easier to guide your customers to the different buttons. This makes it more accessible for them to make an online payment or request a payment plan.
Collection Services Quality Act (WKI)
From 1 October 2024, the Law on Quality Collection Services (WKI) will be enforced. In Payt, this means two things, provided your company is based in the Netherlands.
- Debt collection cases will then no longer be conducted from ‘Payt Incasso’ but from ‘Ipsum Incasso’ to make it clearer that customers can contact you with questions. Would you prefer debt collection cases to be sent from your own administration logo instead of Ipsum Incasso? Contact the servicedesk: we can change this for you. Read more about this change here.
- If you invoice based on duration agreements or subscriptions, we ask you to indicate this in order to be able to charge the correct collection costs for your private (Dutch) customers. Read more about this change here.
