Every day we are working on implementing new features, improving the ease of use and performance of Payt. In April, we made a number of improvements that we'd like to share with you.
Indicate task outcome
Since this month, you can record the outcome of a task you create. This can be useful, for example, if you created a task to make a call. Whether it succeeded or failed will then determine whether you want to create a new task.
When completing the task, the user will be prompted to indicate whether the task succeeded or failed.
Overdue invoices in outstanding items overview
When sending an outstanding items overview, you can now decide whether you want to send all invoices, or only expired invoices.
Rounding method in payment plan
Are you creating a new payment plan with a fixed number of instalments? From now on, you will be asked how you'd like to round off the amount per term.
- No rounding - the invoice amount is split into exact amounts per term
- Rounding to whole amounts - the first instalments will be rounded to a whole amount. The last term may differ to accommodate the remaining invoice amount.
- Relative rounding - the rounding differs per instalment amount. The higher the amount per term, the further we round off.
How does relative rounding work in practice? Here are some examples:
- A term amount of 50 cents becomes a term of 1 euro
- A term amount of 74 euros becomes a term of 75 euros
- A term amount of 264 euros becomes a term of 270 euros
- A term amount of 715 euros becomes a term of 750 euros
- A term amount of 2650 euros becomes a term of 2700 euros
