Every day we are working on implementing new features, improving the ease of use and performance of Payt. In November, we made a number of improvements that we'd like to share with you.
Task list improvements
We have recently made a number of improvements to the task list, including the following:- You can now respond to tasks
- You can now pause a file when creating a task
- You can now attach labels to tasks
- You can now edit tasks more easily from the timeline
Many of these options are now also available as default tasks. For example: you can assign a colleague to a standard task now, so it can always be executed by the same person.
Conditional payment plans
With conditional payment plans, you can define in advance which payment plans you want to offer to your customers. For example, you can specify that for invoices between 100 and 600 euros, you want to offer a payment plan of four terms on a weekly basis. If your customer agrees to this, they can accept it with one click and no further action is required on your side.
Tip: Curious about the possibilities of conditional payment plans? Read this support article: 'How do I create a conditional payment plan?'
Description in outstanding items overview
You can now add a message to the outstanding items overview that you can send to customers. On the customer's page, choose 'Actions' -> 'Send outstanding items overview'. Enter the desired message under 'Additional remark (Optional)'.
Would you like to see a preview of the mail? You can now have a look at the text by clicking the blue text 'Preview email'.
